I am Puneet. I am a consultant psychologist and the founder of this place. I primarily help clients learn how to work through negative-intrusive thoughts and emotions, how to overcome stress, anxiety and depression, and how to have a more fulfilling relationship both with themselves and others.

This is intense but short-term work of a total of 6-12 weekly sessions and homework in between to maintain and improve momentum and progress.

These require a good amount of self-awareness and consistency of effort to be helpful, but are an excellent way to explore your lifestyle and habits in a systematic way.
Unique theories and ideas to explore and better understand mental health and its related aspects. These writings and poems sometimes entail personal anecdotes and stories and are aimed to look at things from a fresh and different perspective.
